This is what the camera was made to do - to find and preserve the everyday. There will always be a time for artificial, pre-planned exceptions to this rule, but the important things don't happen when you think they will. And what is important is hard to predict. This day, it was sunlight through the window and a tradition passed from grandmother to granddaughter. This day, it was pies.
