It's the not-quite pictures I usually like the best. There are always pictures of smiles, pictures that don't cut off the tops of heads, pictures that are planned and posed. There is something a little more interesting about the ones that aren't quite in focus, the blurry ones, the ones with unusual shadows. Perfection is an end, not a means. All the important lessons are learned on the way there.
